The files below contain the official rules, scenarios, diplomatic and research appendices, player aids, scenarios and maps. The rules reflect both the published rules and all changes to those rules through June 30th, 2018.
For rules that have adjustements in games that started in Gathering Storm, a version of the rules with those adjustments is available by clicking on the GS link instead. In those files, the Gathering Storm adjustments can be identified by text in the color brown.
To keep your printed rulebook current, we recommend reprinting the files below that have a date in red. Clarifications and corrections for consistency are listed in the June 30th, 2018 update file - you can judge for yourself if you wish to reprint any other parts of the rules.
The date is the last time the file was uploaded to the web site. If the date is red, the file has had significant changes since June 30th, 2017. If the date is amber, the file has had consistency changes, clarification, or syntax changes. If the date is in green then there have been no changes to the contents of the file.
